    Liasioning with the Job Consultants
    Coordination of interviews
    Issuance of offer / appointment letters of new joiner employees
    Organizing of employees engagement activities

    Travel Management of employees

    -Statutory Compliance
    Ensure Timely payments of Governments Dues
    Exposure of Factory act for various returns
    Timely depositing of Government Dues
    Able to take care of other compliance such as pollution / other related government departments

    -Time Office Management
    Monitoring of daily attendances
    Leave management
    Monthly attendance & leave management record
    Exposure of Payroll Software (SAP -HR Module)

    -Contract Labour Management
    Recruitment process of contractual manpower
    Employee Grievance management
    Salary management of contractual manpower

    -Other Profile
    Good Communication skill
    Exposure of HR Module in SAP

  • Requirement

    - 5 to 7 years of Experience
    - Regular Graduation from any stream
    - MSW or MBA
    - Exposure of SAP
