■Replacement Position／Report to Japanese Manager
4 persons in Managing Department
The candidate should have a lot of responsibility of HR, Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Taxation, International Remittance, International transfer, etc.
※HR & Admin task is main.
- Taxi Booking, Hotel Booking, Flight/train Ticket
- Office Equipment Maintenance like Internet, Telephone, Printer, AC etc.
- Attendance of employees at all regions
- FRRO works and other admin works pertaining to Expats like their apartments and taxi
- Printing, Stationery & Pantry Items
- Insurance policies of company
- Check Financial Statement
- More than 5 years experience in HR & Accounting experience (Mainly HR)
- A little accounting experience
- Working Experience in Japanese company
- Software: Tally
8:30 ~ 17:00
- Diwali Bonus
