- Provide support in managing recruitment for junior and mid-level hiring.
- Hands-on experience in managing complete Talent Management process.
- Training need identification based on performance gap analysis.
- Work independently in designing and delivering training programs in line with HQ guidelines.
- Hands-on experience in designing and monitoring Individual Development Plans.
- Manage complete PMS process, design training program and provide training to all employees.
- Identify ways to improve existing HR policies in line with market best HR practices.
Work Experience：10 – 15 Years
- MBA/PGDBM in HR and Certification as a Trainer from any reputed institute.
- Working experience in managing end to end L&D(Labor & Delivery) function
- Experience in managing P.O.S.H (Prevention Of Sexual Harassment) compliance and training
- Good understanding of psychometric assessment tools for employee development and feedback
- Have knowledge of labor related compliance and procedure.
- Experience in managing payroll vendors and finalizing payroll will be an added advantage.
- Good skill of Excel, Word and Power Point
- Should have good understanding related to Employee Engagement activities.
- Notice Period should be 1 month
