Conducts the trainings to improve the skill level and knowledge of new/old manpower.
Daily basis make corrective & preventive action plan to rectify the problem permanently.
Maintain records, as per system and Conduct internal & external Audits and timely closing audit
observations.
Knowledge of:-
Arc Welding, Gas Welding, Welding of hardened steel and cast iron, and TIG welding.
Auto cad, Ms-office & SAP.
Tool/Die refurbishment.
Capacity Calculation & utilisation.
Execution of part SPM up activities.
