a. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
b. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
c. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
d. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
e. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
f. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
g. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
h. Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
i. On board new employees in order to become fully integrated
j. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
k. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
l. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
m. Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Required Qualifications Experience - 5+ yrs (pref. telecom sector)
3. Has to handle majorly mid to senior level positions.
4. Salary offer - 5-7 Lacs
Location Gurgaon
Working Day Monday to Friday,alternate Saturdays
Salary (Rs) Monthly Salary 40,000INR 〜 55,000INR
