5)Discuss & monitor monthly safety, quality & supplier improvement activity plan with team.
6)Resolve the escalated manpower related issues & escalate to plant head if it can create some IR issue.
7)Attend morning meeting & discuss meeting indications with team & follow up for completion.
8)Resolve escalations of pendency with concern deptt heads & feedback to team, escalate (mail) the issue to plant head if repeated non compliance is not resolved in two attempts.
9)Shop floor visit (2 times & 30 min each time) & 2 lines audit per day for quality rules adherence & indicate to QC & production line in-charges/shift in-charges.
10)Verify & sign PDI check sheets, part inspection reports, Initial flow check sheets, scrap notes, penetration check sheets, receipt inspection reports.
